Lydie Bonnet-Semelin combines her expertise in business and psychology to deliver organizational change processes that support an organization’s strategic goals. For 12 years, she has consulted with organizations in the areas of management assessment and development, team effectiveness, facilitation, and coaching. Her work often involves various cultures, business functions, and levels of management.

Lydie is a joint founder of the French Myers-Briggs Association, a forum for exchanging ideas and experiences relating to the psychometric instrument. She is fluent in French and English.

Results Achieved

  • A global leader in its industry wanted to mobilize its executives and employees for new challenges while reinforcing teamwork and communication. Under Lydie’s direction, a customized development process using 360-degree assessment was deployed in Europe, the United States, Latin America, Asia-Pacific, and Africa. Eighty HR staff members were trained to support the process and ensure actions were implemented. Team sessions with executive committees were facilitated to identify collective challenges and individual development plans. Several executive committees reported that this was the most effective process they had experienced.
  • A global high-tech company wanted to identify and prepare successors for key executive positions. Lydie helped the client define key competencies and worked with a PDI team to design development centers focused on the critical challenges. A rigorous process was implemented to select and train internal coaches to assess and provide ongoing guidance to the candidates. The process was implemented in the United States, Europe, and Asia. As a result, more executive positions are now being filled by internal candidates with a high level of success.
