HON needed a calibrated process with clear criteria and objective data to better measure talent potential, and support more rigorous and valuable talent review discussions.
HON partnered with PDI Ninth House to implement a standardized process for leadership assessment and talent review that systematically evaluated and differentiated more than 550 of the company’s salaried members.
The program helped accelerate high-potential talent development while also enabling all staff to become more effective in their current roles, ultimately supporting HON’s customer service, continuous improvement and revenue growth initiatives.
